Traditional Florida Osceola hunting in the expansive wilderness of South and Central Florida. This is a two day hunt with two nights of complimentary lodging.
Osceola often follow a predictable pattern after flying down from the roost. On our privately owned land you can put yourself in an interceptor position to take full advantage!
Our Hunting Techniques for Osceola:
- Osceola are in the area, but prior scouting is a key factor in giving you an indication of the bird’s patterns. With this being said, the majority of hunters who scout continuously, will harvest birds while others do not.
- Because Osceola Turkey have sharp eyesight, it is suggested that you wear head to toe camouflage, including clothing, gloves, mask, hat, and boots. Almost any camouflage colors will work in Florida. We also suggest rain gear, mosquito repellent, seat cushion, small flashlight and a camera with extra batteries/film.
What makes us Outstanding:
We attribute our Osceola hunting success to having a large number of turkeys on the ranch combined with low hunting pressure and a strict management policy. Hunter concealment, calling ability and decoy placement also plays a major role in a successful Osceola hunt. Our guides always will assist you in finding the bird travel patterns.
Great Team Effort and Coordination.
To have consistent success in Osceola hunting involves a team effort, coordinated well in advance of the season. Our guides regularly scout the area for a month prior to the opening day of the season. The massive area we have available to hunt allows us to take a large number of guests with no overcrowding.
